The Industrial Grange

As makers, artists and nonprofit arts organizations continue to get displaced, Portland Made is working closely with property owners and developers to create a network of spaces that suit a variety of needs at a variety of price points. The first member of the Industrial Grange is the Historic Vance Land Building at 3207 SW 1st Avenue in the Lair Hill Neighborhood. We have already placed Portland Razor Company, a guitar making company and a fine artist, and are looking for a couple of more tenants. There are two smaller workspaces available that are 600 sf and 750 sf respectively. They get great natural light and are nice clean raw industrial spaces. We are also looking for a larger urban winery tenant that can occupy 5-10,000 sf including barrel storage, vertical production and a tasting room.
