Born out of family tradition, Hot Mama Salsa blends fresh local ingredients with a deep love for authentic salsa. Founder Nikki Guerrero created Hot Mama Salsa in 2009 after seeing a need for better salsa in the area— and since then, her line has grown to include salsas, chili oils, and hot sauces. Sourcing fresh chili peppers and tomatillos from a nearby farm, today Hot Mama Salsa makes its way into farmers markets, restaurants, stores, and festivals in Portland and beyond.
